Commercial flooring
Carpet tile, LVT and VCT, sheet vinyl, tile and hardwood, with moisture testing and floor prep priced up front. 120,000 sq ft installed in 2025.

Commercial roofing
TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal and coatings, from new-construction roof packages to phased re-roofs.

Commercial electrical
Tenant fit-outs, service upgrades, lighting, standby power and EV charging, permitted and inspected.

Email the ITB with drawings, spec sections and the bid date to info@kindhcs.com, or invite us through your bidding platform.

Questions before the RFI deadline
We review the documents and send scope questions early, so the bid matches what you need instead of what we guessed.

A clear number
Inclusions, exclusions, alternates and lead times in writing, for one trade or all three.

Paperwork before award
COI naming the GC and owner, W-9 and your prequalification forms, completed before you issue the subcontract.
